My Role: Lead Programmer

In Innate Immunity, my primary job was to code the majority of all game functionality. All coding was done in the C# language through Visual Studio. Some of the specific functions coded by me were a timer, a scorekeeper, and main player movement.

The game also required bacteria to randomly appear in different spots on the screen and randomly move around the environment. This was to challenge the player so that they had to chase the bacteria before ingesting it as a macrophage. When the player collided with the bacteria, the bacteria disappeared, or were basically “eaten.”
